Where to stay in El Centro

I normally hunt doves by Niland and currently have reservations at a RV Resort by Niland. However, this year things have changed and I will be hunting near El Centro (an hour away from Niland). I have never hunted doves or stayed down there before. I will have my 12 yr old and 7 yr old boys with me. Can anyone recommend a hotel, motel or RV resort down there? Or is it too late to get reservations down there for the opener?

The Clarion is right off the 8 and has a 7-11 in the parking lot and is also attached to a Denny's. Might be good for the kids. Not a big party hotel like the Pink. It's older but gets the job done and is priced right.

There are lots of hotels in El Centro. Do not stay in any on Adams Ave. All the rest are in pretty good locations. Including the one mentioned above. As far as RV goes.... Broken Spoke is right on the edge of town. Rio Bend and Sunbeam are about 10 minutes out. All are nice.

There's a Hampton inn and Marriott down there across the street from some big shopping center. That's where we usually stay.

Best Western, comfort inn, holiday inn express... They're all right at the 8 & 86 interchange. Was out there 2 yrs ago & hunted east side of Calexico off of the 98 & Cole area. I swear it was like someone turned on the switch at 630...the dove were flying in like crazy! One of the best dove hunts in a long time!
