Nice... glad to hear there are some left up there... used to go up every tear and hunt around grey lodge. Have not been in 15 years or do. West Nile, mosquito abatement and changing farming practices really hammered the roosters up north.
I just threw one on the rotisserie. It was freakin amazing. A little seasoning, onions, celery, and orange wedges inside the cavity. Then basted a couple times with butter. It had just the right citrus zing to it.
