I just found out I got a tag to substitute for someone who couldn't make it. I wasn't really planning on this hunt after I didn't draw, but
I will take it. If anyone has hunted there or has any info I would greatly appreciate it. The tag is for the Paunsaugunt muzzleloader mule deer hunt in September.
Thanks

Boots on the ground is all you need. It is a primo tag. You will get better advice from people who are there now hunting archery.

Ask 'em about the "one that got away" and 4 out of 10 will tell you.

Set your standard, then hunt until you find it.

Thanks Rocky. I am going there for a scouting trip after archery. I would like to talk to any archery guys who are hunting there.
This will be my only chance to hunt that area in my life. I am really excited about the opportunity. Due to health issues my boots
don't work as well as they used to but I will do what I can.
