Buddy at work drew a ML Elk tag in NM.
With the new COVID restrictions he will have to quarantine for 14 days before the hunt or use an outfitter. Somehow COVID knows if you’re using an outfitter and won’t infect other people.
He’s called an outfitter and they want $3K per hunter, there’s two of them.

Just seems a little sketchy to me. Quarantine for 14 days unless you hire a outfitter then everything is ok.

My buddy just got back from New Mexico bear hunting. Public land, no outfitter. First I've heard about 14 day quarantine.....maybe he quarantined at his house before he drove straight there........
