Mr Rabbit meet Mr .17

Met Phil (Rice Quacker) up at MCC this morning (5:30 am) for a little rabbit hunting......Earliest I've started and it paid off with 2 right off the bat. Drove around a little. Then we hit the motherlode of rabbit spots...........After a couple of longer shots, we got out and started walking after them.........In short order, we had a total of 10, two limits....... It was 7:00 am.
 
Since, it was early and raining some. The squirrels weren't out. So, I took Phil on a little tour of some of my super secret hunting spots (and the game cooperated)............I didn't even blindfold him......... :lol:

Very nice Steve, just plucking away at the Rabbits locally here.  Have a hard time chasing them around out there when the carp are so cooperative.  Will be heading down to fill up the cooler for the guys at the restaurant tomorrow morning.  Then take the bow over to the range and put the pins on for 50 to 80 before hitting the AZone this weekend.

I think the squeaks and bunnies are getting "wise" to us when we drive up in 2 white trucks and start heading for cover. Steve you need to think of better camo besides that "NWTF" sign on your truck...... LOL
