She's awesome so far. Well besides the potty traing part lol. It's like having a baby again. Her name is Gauge. She can't get enough of retrieving her bumpers.

Stil deciding if I'm gonna do it myself or send her to Steve Stevens for basic training

Just picked up Ginger the GSP last week. She's 9 weeks now and doing great with her crate and potty training.


Anyone have advice on how early she can do snake aversion training?

8-9 months. Some say 6, but I think that's a little early if you can avoid it. Look for SoCal NAVHDA to hold a snake break at Prado next spring. You can call Andy Andrews at Etiwanda Game Association up near Hesperia or Fred Presson at High-On Kennels in Mesa Grande/Santa Ysibel

Thanks for the recommendations! Yeah shes already a little chew monster. Couch feet, cords, door hinges, milk crates, her stainless steel food bowl... the list is growing lol first puppy for the wife and I (as adults).
