Some of my latest hunts recently. So far been a tough season have had to do a lot of scouting to find them. Burning a lot of gas in the boat!! Boat has been performing flawlessly thing goes anyway!! Gunner has been doing great until this Monday he stepped on a stick and punctured his RF paw!! Got it all cleaned out and he’s on some antibiotics and is doing great but not healed up so he’s been on injured reserve the last couple hunts!! Well it’s finally got cold so hopefully hunting gets better enjoy the pics....26E5032F-4D43-43F1-9465-1BF34E134A4D.jpeg7380098A-0BAC-4CBB-B411-CF3DAB68397D.jpeg33A4F6B0-B866-4B96-BFE3-2E325219E5F3.jpeg3C52C2D8-80B0-4BFC-A00D-9A7949AD087F.jpeg800769D8-4B25-4877-95CB-0214F607046E.jpegDDB08057-5F3D-49E2-8B21-97B17BFE39A4.jpeg3CB920A0-C2EE-49B2-B284-02BECFCC9006.jpegAC17E503-4982-4C6E-A08D-8AF872F72291.jpeg99571C2C-9F11-4B16-8F1E-3E683D108504.jpegA65A227A-62DF-4413-B86F-5597A17BD3E5.jpeg

Like Skeet I always look forward to your pics of you’re and Gunner’s adventures. Hadn’t seen a post in awhile and worried you quit . Hope Gunner heals fast and completely . If it was at Wister the wound might not heal until after Season . Old Quack 49

Oh I haven’t quit it’s just been kind of slow actually had to scout a different lake and found more birds there. We have a split out here and been hunting it after the split!

Nice work! It's been tough down south of you as well. Got a few last time out. Had chances at several beloved shovelers, but couldn't connect. Low water level is making the walk-in hunting a bit tricky...lots of mud and very little cover. With the warm weather yesterday, I opted for fishing/exploring the lake instead.20191207_102834.jpg20191215_154657.jpg

Cool pics. You have a good eye for what's really the best part of hunting. It's just awesome out there.
