Jicarilla elk hunt voucher

I have one spare voucher for this years cow Elk hunt. One of my friends will not be using it due to health issues. Voucher is $50, that is administration fee and entry into June drawing. last years hunt was cancelled due to covid, so they sent me three vouchers. I have paper work from reservation showing voucher is transferable. Info. about hunt dates is on the reservation web site. I live in Lakewood, ca.

Olivia said there will be a quite a few hunters in the draw this year.
I was hoping to get OTC cow tags for 2021, and I kept calling her to find when the new proclamation would be posted. They posted last Monday without any notice & all was gone within minutes.
So they my vouchers also.
