Well I set out this year to get my first recurve kill. Did not care how big or small just has been a life long dream of mine to accomplish. Luckily I got to go to Kansas and visit the grandparents and while I was there got to do some hunting. Seen dome real wall hangers real good year on my grandparents farm for deer.

Well sat the stand all day and a few hours before dark had 4 does come out and feed all in front of me. Thought about shooting one but knew the bucks were running. After a half hour or so of the does feeding I heard a grunt and he came running in. He was going to go through my lane quick so no time to think just snapped shot him and got lucky. At the hit I just seen blood start spraying and knew I just finished my goal.

Very very happy getting my first curve kill I'm on cloud 9 still. While no wall hanger he is the one kill I am most proud of
