Today is the last shoot day of my hunt here, fly out tomorrow afternoon. Just killing some time with wifi at the library. Shoot time isn't until 9:30. Sunrise at 10. Nearly all the brant have migrated out but there is still a ton of them that have chose to winter here.

Thanks for the decoys. Lost one off the line, the other 3 are staying in Cold Bay with a local hunter I met.

Was trying to film Emperor Geese with my cell phone qhen a flock of these flew into the picture. Using cell phone video because my camcorder took a bath in the salt on day 1......DOH !

You bet. She was with me on POW last May paddling it on a bear hunt. We will be using it on the coast of Molokai in May. I deleted most of the POW pics from my phone but here she is with her sisters in La Jolla. PS. So long as there is no whitewater rapids involved.

Wolf tracks were everywhere but never saw or heard any.
