Just a little interesting info. If you take the total number of days between posts for each forum and divide it by the number of forums it gives you an average of 439 days for each post or one post every 1 year, 2 months, and 15 days.

Rokslid has been around for some time now. A lot of members from all over USA, all 50 states. England, New Zealand, Australia. Lots of post most days. Rally to sad what happened here. Anyone know what happened to Paulc?

I drop in a couple of times a week, but haven’t had much to post.

This isn’t the only forum that I belong to that has slowed way down.

My 2021 hunt season was a complete yawn. No deer, not even a spike. Went to hunt band tail pigeon but got snowed out and there were zero birds. Duck hunting sucked and spring turkey didn’t happen which was probably a good thing as I discovered while walking my new hunting retriever that I was a walking time bomb with my widow-maker artery in my heart was 95% blocked and probably would have dropped dead in the wilderness. Luckily, I listened to what my body was telling me and went to the ER. Put a stent in my Lateral Anterior Descending artery. Glad to be alive to hunt another day! Here’s to a great 2022-23 hunt season folks!

I get the auto generated emails about once a week (that I don’t recall ever signing up for) letting me know what I may have missed. Not much to it most of the time.
Between running my business, keeping the chores up around the farm and spending quality time with my grandkids, it leaves me little time to devote to internet chitchat.

My hunting the last several years has produced little success, so not much to post about really. Still waiting for this years draw results to see if I get lucky enough to hunt an area where there won’t be other hunters behind every rock and tree.

I did get a nice Sturgeon with two of my grandsons on board my boat on the Columbia River in 2020 and a two with one shot last year on these Raccoons who won’t be eating anymore of my Chickens, so that’s a plus.
