Surf n turf...

Had 2 local bugs from my nephew that I traded for some elk. He got them up in Ventura. Been saving them for a night like this for me n Wifey.

Paired with land of giant tenderloin medallions seared medium rare in a butter and fresh from the garden clove of garlic with 2 Spears of fresh rosemary.

A medley of home raised vine ripened tomatoes and cucumbers and a splash of Woodland Ca walnut oil and red wine vinegar with a pinch of my good on everything seasoning.

Damn.....
