Great job guys. That's some good table fare. Love Pheasant pot pie.

Public lands? Pacific side? or Sea of Cortez side? Near which city in Baja? (Mildly curious 'cause my GrandMa used to have a place in Ensenada and I spent every summer there up until 9yo) didn't know they had Pheasant there.

Damn, and I'm not a bird hunter.
I'm not a bird shooter either! But that's a lot of cocks right there!

I go to a club south of Mexicali every year to shoot dove and pheasant. It was always my understanding that you could not bring back the game but I was doing research on the Internet and it looks like you can so long as the what you bring back complies with DFG rules and regs--not sure if any of you know the scoop on this. thx. m

I hunt south of Mexicali and you can bring birds back with a tag and yes they must be cooked.
