The rifle is a Savage 10 ashbury in 6.5 creedmoor. It's my brother's new 1000 yard gun. I shot this guy on a full run at 150 yards and wish I just had my 300. We've been carrying it for 3 days because everything has been well over 800 yards. And it's 20lbs. Never again.

Awesome buck.

I didn't know some of those long range rifles were so damn big.

Dad got it done this morning. 560 yard shot. Took us all morning to get it. Straight up. Found it at 1000 yards made it across the canyon in time. Too bad it was hit in the face and took of an antler.

The rifle is at least 20lbs. Way too heavy. But for some reason my brother doesn't mind carrying it for everyone.
