Hey guys, I've been watching the weather and it looks good for Saturday, no rain. It might shower Thursday and Friday though, so be prepared for muddy conditions. Also, leave time for foggy conditions, just in case. If it rains Thursday, and is sunny Friday, fog could be an issue Saturday morning.

Scott I thought I read where leaving your deekes out on a refuge overnight was against the law. Fred, I don't know if it's against the law, i.e. DFG regs, but it's against the fuge rules, the breaking of which can result in banning or suspension from that particular refuge.

Danno, some fuges have nice pit blinds, some have fenced blinds, others just have an area, or "blind space". These are usually set up with even spacing in mind, not huntability. Some blinds are worthless as teets on a boar, as you can imagine.

I hunt freeroam almost exclusively. Hunting a good blind is fun, but ressies are far and few between. I go through alot of 1 or 2 bird days to get a honey hole, and my honey holes change season to season. But for me, that's what makes it 'hunting'. As for the 'refuge gangs' that take control of...
