For reasons not of my own doing, I had to get a new bow.  A large mammal that historically rocks a push-broom stash of epic proportion recommended I check out Xpedition archery.  After a short 4 hour drive to Willow Creek Archery, I took the Xcursion 7 home.  I shot the high-end models of most of the competitors and thought this was the best one and ended up being on the lower end of the price spectrum...  Bows haven't gotten cheaper!!!

Dead in the hand (like a Clinton witness), and faster than a speeding bulleit (bottle of bourbon), this thing is a shooter.

Sounds like a pretty cool company that doesn't use much in the way of marketing $$, but the bows are worth checking out.

Thanks Bret, I will be down in a few weeks to make sure the hot-rod is still tuned purring before the CBH broadhead!

Give me a bow, a topo and two weeks and I guarantee I kill two weeks!

80LB limbs?

I was too impatient to get #80, but this thing is fast enough without em, so I can shoot this thing until I am super old!

The 3 pin black gold sight with slider is a game changer, Hoping to have it ready to shoot out a country mile in the next few weeks!

Well- assuming you get it dialed by May you can sure count on loosing fewer arrows!

Love my BG sights but have to replace the photo chromatic shell yearly- besides that great all around sights.

Oh my arrows will be safe in the spot!  This bow is shooting about 10fps faster than my last one with the same weight arrow, but #70 vs. #80, and is dead as hell in the hand.

Heard good things about them. The deals on used ones almost got me to buy one just to check them out.

Whats the draw cycle like? I hate huge dumps into the valley.

It is pretty smooth, there is a short valley but it shoots like a dream.  Fast Eddy had me on the fan wagon before I shot one, but shooting it was incredible.

Not harsh at all for being so fast.

‚ÄčI did have to twist Zeke's arm, to not go with a 120lb bow! Once he saw how smooth and fast 70lbs was, he finally relented! Enjoy your bow Zeke, and let me know when you want to come back down, we'll go call some coyotes afterwards!
