If you have a card with Cabelas, you should have received mail with the upcoming changes.  I know that I did.

afterthought

I just used a bunch of points to buy a few things.  I received a fraud call from Cabelas CS within 15 min since it was an all points order.  I verified that I did make the purchase.

I'm still happy with the CS from Cabelas.  We also have a USAA card, but their CS has been very lacking.

duck-boy, I don't think you lose your points, but just in case I used all mine up buying ammo before 1/1 :smiley-wnk-yellow:

Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB cardholders can continue using their cards and earning reward points as usual.

I didn't receive any letter yet, that I know of,. Do they mention points being transferred? Or do I need to spend mine now?

IIRC from mine, you will not lose your points and they will be able to be used at both locations.

I've never had a cap to the amount I can accumulate.  The problem is holding out.  I get up around $500 and it starts burning in my e-pocket.

I've talked to Cabelas CS before and they have told me about folks who have come in a spend $10k in points....

One of the benefits of having a job that lets me expense report with my card of choice...

I've had the Black card for years.
