A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE CALIFORNIA FISH & WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT.

"For those of you who complained that its too hard to carry out your own blind material & build your own blinds, your voice has been heard. Inspired by the Parks & Rec department & the think tank San Jacinto Shooters & Bird Watchers Coalition, I give you the Urban Invisiblind 2000. The powers that be opted for the roof option to help shade hunters from those harmful UV rays. It will also aid in restraining hunters from taking those overhead shots that have caused so many accidents by not knowing when to stop following birds overhead which leads to falling over backwards & potentially into the water where they could drown if they don't know how to swim.

We also opted out of putting any siding bkind material on these blinds to keep you hidden you from low flying birds. Seeing the blinds that hunters make with a few sparse sticks of arroweed, we determined that its more important to you to see the birds rather than hide from them. This also allows your dogs to get an unobstructed jump start on retrieving. This may actually allow them to catch the birds before they hit the water.

In addition, these blinds come with the ability to use them as a table so you can shoot at birds comimg from behind your blind partner or you can sit on the table portion to get your feet off the dirty ground where snakes & crawling insect live. Eewwww.

We currently don't have these for the goose fields since we had no complaints about blind building in those areas but we are open to hearing them if anyone wants to speak up.

Happy hunting & don't forget your picnic basket"

Nice to see the Pittman-Robertson Money being put to good use. I would like to see a coin operated binocular tower installed along with a purse hanger.

It's October, Not April...

This is what happens when hunters align with non hunting entities.  For the greater good of the Public....

I can make that work. That table can double for a dog stand for both my labs and hold my lunch. Bench seats will work great for afternoon naps. The roof will keep me in the shade and I don't take over head shots because I prefer the ducks feet down. I can make an arrow weed wall all around it and you guys would never know I was there. What is even better is that I will see a rattler coming a mile away.

Besides, that set up will attract the Park Mallards. They will surely think they will be fed by people sitting there. I love Duck Season. Let the games begin.

We saw this the last Friday of Dove season. I don't think it will be a problem, an impact gun and it will be down in a couple minutes; besides I am known for ripping down others blinds !!!
