Shot a few euros last week with Trig, so I thought I would try something new. Made curry stew using S&B Curry seasoning with potatoes, carrots and onion. Only suggestion I would make is to brine the doves breasts in salted water for 24 hrs. Cut away all the blood shot sections of meat and to cut the breasts in 4 pieces. Slow cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs.
