on both of my overnight trips this year I woke up at night with a bad leg cramp.
while hiking out over the weekend my foot slipped and my leg immediatly cramped up and started to spasm.
wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them or know of a way to prevent it from happening? Never really had an issue before.
(I am well hydrated despite the very hot temps and usually have a few gatorades or propels throughout the day with emergen-c packets in them)
