that is the only reason I don't go. I am in it for the dog not to just shoot some pheasant.

Ditto in it for the dog, won't go w/ out him. Although considered it last year, never did it. I put in and was drawn for Modesto women's hunt, was awesome, and was able to bring the dogs.

I went a few years back as a walk on. It seemed like a great opportunity to shoot a pheasant. I've not shot many pheasant before and I really wanted to. I went in drag; wig, make-up, high heels, the works. I went as a deaf mute woman though, because I didn't want my voice to give me away. So there I was, my pheasants had just been twirled around, had their head tucked under their wings, and placed in some tall grass. I was all set, but then I had to go pee really bad. I ran behind a bush and relieved myself. They kicked me out immediately.

NOT! But I think you should go.
