Great gun! I didn't get the deluxe Chuck Connors model though. I have the basic 1895 rifle in .45-70 I put a williams peep on it and its one of the most fun guns I own. Standard loads are plinkers, but load it up with Corbons or Garretts and its a serious thumper - on both ends.

Great rifle, I have a friend who has one.. it was given to him by his then to be father inlaw who used to hunt back in NY. he was going to get into hunting but never did. He has never fired it. I wanted to talk him into selling it to me. But don't have the funds now.

did any of you guys know Chance Sheldon, (Chances Leather Works) out of semi valley now Idaho.. That was the only rifle cal he would hunt with..

How does it shoot?

So your "anti-gun"?? Then why do you call 911 when you feel threatened? BECAUSE THE COPS BRING GUNS!! so your not "anti-gun" your just against ME having a gun.....that's discrimination. And there are laws against discrimination.

I will support and defend the constitution of the United States against ALL enemies, foreign, domestic, or elected, until death, so help me God.
